Refund Policy
We do not give refunds for all products of ProGNS.
Replacement
Unless the product received has crossed its expiry date, you will be eligible for a replacement. In such cases, please contact us at wecare@progns.com.
Subject the approval and verification of the claims by the verification officer, you will be entitled for a replacement of the product that matches the previously ordered product variant and the quantity under observation.
Shipping
ProGNS will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for replacing your item.. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
